Article Processing Charge (APC)

To publish in the open-access journal, authors must pay a fixed Article Processing Charge (APC), which allows them to retain copyright. Although the journal is freely accessible online, the corresponding author is responsible for managing the APC payment and may seek reimbursement from their organisation or funding sources if necessary.

Authors can use several methods to process the Article Processing Charge (APC), and can switch options if one fails. An authorised representative or third party can also manage the APC on the author’s behalf, regardless of location.

  1. PhonePe/UPI/GPay via QR Code: Authors can use the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) to pay their Article Processing Charges (APC) via digital wallets like PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay. This service, available via QR code scanning, is only supported in certain countries.
  2. NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and Cash Deposit in the account: Authors can pay their Article Processing Charges (APC) via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or cash deposit in the bank account, depending on their country.
  3. PayPal: Authors can pay their Article Processing Charges (APC) via PayPal using a credit or debit card. Furthermore, they should verify with their banks to avoid any potential payment failures.
  4. SWIFT Transfer/Wire Transfer: Authors can process the Article Processing Charge (APC) payment to the suggested bank account via SWIFT transfer (wire transfer) by contacting their bank. They’ll need to provide an acceptance letter, a photo ID, and the publisher’s bank account details, which are at the bottom of this page.
  5. Western Union in the account: Authors can use Western Union to pay Article Processing Charges (APC), but the APC must be directed to the publisher’s bank account and not processed as cash.
